My Beloved Child,

In the Book of Psalms, it is written, "Be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10).

Amidst the busyness and noise of life, take time to be still in my presence.

Just as Elijah heard my voice in the gentle whisper on Mount Horeb (1 Kings 19:11-13), I speak to your heart when you quiet your soul before me.

Use this time of stillness to reflect on your life's journey.

As it says in the Book of Lamentations, "Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord."

Reflect on your actions, thoughts, and the direction of your life.

Seek my guidance and make adjustments as needed, knowing that I am always there to guide you.

Find gratitude in the present moment, for every breath is a gift from me.

The Apostle Paul wrote in his letter to the Thessalonians, "Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus" (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

In stillness, count your blessings and cultivate a heart of thanksgiving.

Release your worries and anxieties to me in these moments of stillness.

As it says in the Book of Philippians, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" (Philippians 4:6).

Trust that I am listening and that I am always working for your good.

Remember that stillness is not a withdrawal from life but a deeper engagement with it.

It is a space where you can find clarity, renewal, and strength to face the challenges and joys of each day.

In the quiet moments, you are not alone but in the presence of the one who loves you unconditionally.
