In the Gospel of Matthew, I spoke these words: "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God."

Consider the lilies of the field, as I spoke of in Matthew: "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin."

The lilies do not worry about the future or dwell on the past; they simply bloom in the present moment, radiant and full of grace.

Likewise, my children, your happiness is found in embracing the beauty of the present, unburdened by the weight of worry and regret.

Now, let us explore the profound truth that happiness is indeed a choice.

Imagine your heart as a garden, and each thought, each choice, is a seed you plant.

If you choose seeds of gratitude, kindness, and love, your garden will flourish with the vibrant colors of joy.

On the contrary, if you plant seeds of resentment, anger, or envy, you cultivate a garden marred by the weeds of discontent.

In the Gospel of John, I declared, "I have come that they may have life and have it to the full."

My desire for you is to experience a life brimming with the fullness of joy.

To achieve this, my children, you must recognize that the power to be happy resides within you.

Circumstances may challenge you, but your response to them is the key that unlocks the door to a joyful existence.
